The Analytics Analyst IV is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end analytics solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders to define problems, develop data models and dashboards, and translate analytical outputs into actionable insights that drive decision-making. The role develops reporting and analytics solutions, translates complex data into clear audience-appropriate insights, and serves as a data steward to maintain reliable analytics foundations.
1. Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements, success metrics, and decision-support needs and serve as a trusted advisor, translating data into insights.
2. Deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and operations.
3. Ability to influence teams and decisions without direct authority.
4. Design and develop SQL queries, data models, and analytical datasets integrating cross-functional data.
5. Perform complex analysis, modeling, forecasting, and interpretation.
6. Design and maintain advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks.
7. Conduct predictive analysis, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
8. Lead end-to-end analytics efforts, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
9. Maintain data stewardship and analytical foundations (data marts, definitions).
10.Collaborate with IT/data engineering to improve data pipelines and ecosystems.
11.Ensure governance, KPI alignment, and reporting consistency.
12.Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles.
PREFERENCES
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical, financial datasets or revenue cycle) or clinical laboratory environment.
• Experience with complex enterprise data environments.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, governance, and performance optimization
