About This Role

Paid Internship Duration: 6 months
Location: India Remote (must be able to work until ~11:30 p.m. IST)

As an Account Coordinator Intern on Acadia’s Analytics team, you will support both internal and client-related initiatives, helping keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward across a variety of teams. You’ll work closely with account managers, analysts, data developers, and team leads to support project workflows and ensure that deliverables and action items stay on track.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and confident working independently – especially since you’ll be partnering with a U.S.-based team across time zones. You will have meaningful ownership of tasks and will be trusted to keep work progressing asynchronously and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Initiative Support: Support internal and client-related projects by organizing documentation, updating trackers, preparing materials, and helping move tasks forward across teams.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Connect across multiple people and teams to gather updates, clarify next steps, and keep workstreams aligned.
  • Slide & Deck Production: Format, polish, and QA presentation materials – improving structure, fixing grammar, and ensuring all slides meet quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before internal review or client sharing.
  • Independent Work & Decision-Making: Work autonomously in a global remote environment, using judgment to keep tasks progressing and escalating only when needed.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take accountability for assigned tasks from start to finish, proactively communicating status and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Proficient PowerPoint/Google Slides skills; ability to improve design, layout, and clarity
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in quality assurance and written reviews
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable following up with team members and managing workflows
  • Ability to work independently and proactively across time zones
  • Interest in marketing analytics, account coordination, or project management
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools is a plus
  • Must be able to work until approximately 11:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time
