Job Title: Analytical Test Technician

Location: Leixlip, Kildare
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Department: Quality / Construction
Reports To: Analytical Testing Lead / Project Quality Manager

The Analytical Test Technician will be required to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is part of the work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean-room and manufacturing type settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems; including UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems

• Hands on troubleshooting in clean room and manufacturing type settings

• Helium Leak Testing

• Particle Analysis

• Moisture and Oxygen Testing

• TOC and Water Testing

• Facilities Support

• Third Party Quality Assurance activities

Requirements

QPosition Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in construction, trade, or other hands-on assembly related background

• Previous Analytical Testing experience advantageous

• Ability to use and safely operate hand and power tools

• Proficiency in measuring and performing basic mathematics

• Process Pipe and tube welding experience is beneficial

Desirable:

· Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.

· Experience in regulated environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharma, data centres, or cleanroom projects).

· Proficiency with digital QA platforms and reporting tools (e.g., EIDA, BIM 360, or similar).

Working Conditions:

· Site-based role with regular inspections in active construction environments.

· All personnel are required to adhere to site rules and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
