Our award-winning client is seeking an Analytical Systems Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. Our client is seeking an Analytical Systems Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of atmospheric gas analytical systems at our electronics facilities. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work with the opportunity to develop and mentor a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.

• Perform systematic calibrations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical systems used in electronics manufacturing.

• Train and develop your team on company policies, equipment, and procedures.

• Manage team performance, setting goals, and providing guidance and feedback.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Track and maintain analyzer availability and reliability.

• Manage spare parts inventory and oversee 3rd party contractor services.

• Identify and recommend improvements to safety, efficiency, and maintenance programs.

Required Qualifications:

• A self-motivated leader with 3-5 years of experience in a technical field.

• Proven experience with analytical instruments such as mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, and FTIR, ideally in an industrial setting.

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a team.

• An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and provide after-hours support as needed.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong safety focus.
