Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience in SQL and Google Sheets (modeling, pivot tables, and formulas) for data extraction and exploration.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen with a track record of identifying core business drivers and translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders, navigating organizational complexity to align various teams around shared regional goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle, seamlessly transitioning from high-level strategic design to granular execution and tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across regional and global teams to drive unified business outcomes.

Within GCS, the Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) team provides critical business insights, aligns cross-functional goals, and drives strategic partnerships forward. Specifically, the APAC RSO team shapes the future of GCS in our region. We partner closely with Sales leadership to define and execute key priorities, driving sustainable revenue growth and delivering tangible value to both our Sales teams and customers.
As an Analytical Lead for the Business Operations team, you will serve as a key strategic partner and data expert for the GCS APAC business, leading deep-dive analyses to solve high-priority leadership challenges.
In this role, you will focus on strategic planning, program management, and execution for core APAC initiatives, to provide the operational and data-backed insights necessary to shape regional business strategy. You will collaborate closely with strategy leads and managers to synthesize insights that refine regional strategy, evaluate the impact of various initiatives, and present key findings during executive-level business reviews.

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end headcount planning, organizational design, and operational tracking for GCS APAC, strategically aligning resource allocation with regional growth priorities and business demands.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships across Sales Leadership, GTM, and Global teams to navigate complex trade-offs, align various leadership perspectives, and influence cross-functional partners toward unified business goals.
- Identify high-impact strategic opportunities via analytical deep-dives and robust business cases; define actionable roadmaps and orchestrate end-to-end implementation across regional teams and markets.
- Lead high-stakes interventions to resolve operational roadblocks, recalibrating strategies in real-time based on shifting market conditions to ensure successful project delivery.
