We're Hiring: Analytical Engineer (Data Analyst & Data Modelling Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced Analytical Engineer
with strong Data Analysis and Data Modelling expertise to join a dynamic data team. This role is ideal for a data professional who can translate complex business requirements into structured, analytics-ready datasets while ensuring data quality, integrity, and usability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and analytics-ready datasets
Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments
Design and implement Data Vault 2.0 and Dimensional Data Models
Develop advanced SQL transformations and analytical queries
Deliver trusted data assets for reporting, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to bridge business and technical requirements
Support enterprise data governance and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Analytical Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Modeller
Strong expertise in Data Vault 2.0 and Dimensional Modelling
methodologies
Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, validation, and analysis
Experience with data profiling and data quality management
Exposure to Azure Data Platform, Azure Databricks, or similar cloud-based data environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working within enterprise-scale data ecosystems
Preferred Skills:
Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, or related technologies
Data warehousing and modern analytics architectures
Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or large enterprise experience
