Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a technically strong and customer‑focused Analytical Engineer to support our Sales function with deep analytical expertise and application insight. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, hands‑on experience with analytical methods used in specialty chemicals, and a passion for solving complex customer challenges. You will play a vital role in bridging technical capabilities with customer needs, helping our Sales team deliver differentiated value and build strong long‑term partnerships.
What will you be doing?
- Customer Analytical Support: Provide analytical testing, interpretation, and recommendations to support customer applications, product adoption, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Investigations: Conduct root cause analysis and method development to address customer issues and identify improvements.
- Data Interpretation & Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings to internal teams and customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and deliver analytical insights that support commercial discussions.
- Product and Application Expertise: Maintain subject matter expertise on product performance, specifications, and analytical methods relevant to customer processes.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and presentations to explain analytical outcomes and performance data.
- Innovation Support: Provide analytical input to support new product development, product enhancements, and qualification activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to analytical procedures, tools, and workflows to enhance accuracy, turnaround time, and service quality.

- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of how analytical insights support product value, customer satisfaction, and sales outcomes.
