Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end pre-sale and post-sale operation support for Data Analytic products, including Business Intelligence (BI) tools and User Behavior Analysis (UBA).
Review, research, formulate and optimize user growth and user satisfaction outcomes utilizing data analytics and BI tools, modeling and techniques.
Support product teams in reaching business goals by providing key support services including designing training session, assisting in formulating Go-to-market strategy, designing and documenting webinars.
Act as account manager in establishing strong relationship with internal and external customers, address critical issues or emergencies, gather and consolidate feedback, and develop and optimize solutions.
Provide strategic advice to key customers, identifying their needs, providing insights and ensuring a seamless product experience to maximize retention and adoption.
