Analytic Facilitator and Trainer, Senior
Modern Space Force missions demand instructional precision, advanced technical fluency, and the ability to convert complex operational concepts into training that produces highly capable, mission ready Guardians. As a Senior Analytic Facilitator and Trainer, you’ll empower Component Field Commands through advanced course development, instructor led training, curriculum modernization, outreach support, and structured training administration that directly strengthens national security operations.
You’ll apply senior level instructional design expertise, mission focused analysis, and deep proficiency in Space Based Moving Target Indicators (SB MTI) workflows to design, update, and deliver training across the SB MTI Operator’s Course, C FLDCOM/CCMD outreach events, and CHAMP hosted online modules. You’ll leverage ADDIE, adult learning science, and domain expertise to generate lesson plans, instructor guides, assessment banks, student materials, and high-fidelity Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) visualizations that simplify complex orbital, sensor, and MTI concepts.
You will support all phases of training lifecycle management, baseline development, online module deployment in CHAMP, NCR instructor support, outreach instruction, configuration-controlled updates, readiness tracking integration, and operational coordination across recurring Space Force working groups. As a senior team member, you’ll provide elevated technical guidance, quality assurance, and cross functional recommendations that enhance mission training pipelines, while collaborating closely with the Training Lead to execute program requirements.
Expand your impact and technical breadth in instructional systems design, curriculum modernization, SB MTI phenomenology, visualization development, and Space Force training doctrine. Broaden your experience by building courseware, generating knowledge checks in CHAMP, supporting multi location outreach events, refining training records, and contributing to the training architectures that prepare Guardians for operational employment.
Join us. The mission can’t wait.
