Reporting to the Senior Director of sales, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all administrative, analytical and support functions of the team are operating effectively to meet the strategic objectives of the team and Nortera corporate objectives.

The Analyst is a key member of the business team and will work closely with other team members.

THE ROLE:

• Track and enter data (discounts and pricing lists) on client platforms;
• Manage client pricing and keep price lists up to date (liaise with the finance department);
• Serve as “bid captain” and monitor online calls for bids;
• Collaborate with account managers to prepare government bids;
• Analyze the effectiveness of discounts in government bids;
• Provide recommendations and maintain a strong results-oriented approach when responding to bids;
• Validate the implementation and analyze the effectiveness of discounts in major accounts, tenders, etc.;
• Manage the reconciliation of deductions and work to resolve discrepancies;
• If necessary, attend client and/or finance meetings with account managers to provide support.

PROFILE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Bilingualism French/English;
• Excellent IT, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Great attention to detail;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingual (French – English) mandatory;
• Strong knowledge of the Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Ability to communicate appropriately with customers, partners and all levels of the organization in a professional manner;
• Ability to work independently.
