Job Description

Le stagiaire contribuera à l'optimisation des outils de pilotage et de suivi de l'activité. il sera impliqué dans la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de nouveaux indicateurs de performance (KPI) et de risque (KRI). Il participera à l'analyse des données existantes, à l'identification des besoins en matière de reporting et à la production de tableaux de bord facilitant la prise de décision managériale. Ce stage s'inscrit dans une démarche d'amélioration continue des processus de monitoring et d'analyse de l'activité.

  • Collecter, analyser et synthétiser les données relatives à l'activité
  • Participer à la conception et au développement de nouveaux KPI et KRI (Information Metrics)
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils de reporting existants
  • Produire des tableaux de bord et des rapports d'analyse à destination du management
  • Assurer le suivi et le monitoring régulier des indicateurs de performance
  • Identifier les tendances, anomalies et axes d'amélioration à partir des données analysées
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de pilotage
  • Documenter les méthodologies et processus développés

Required Experience & Competencies

  • Première expérience en entreprise (stage ou alternance)
  • E xcellentes compétences analytiques et rigueur dans le traitement des données
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (VLOOKUP, Tableaux croisés dynamiques)
  • Connaissance de Power BI ou d'outils de data visualisation
  • Notions de Python appréciées
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'organisation
  • Bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale

Required Education

  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou université (Bac+3 à Bac+5)
  • Spécialisation en management, finance, data analytics ou domaine connexe
  • Formation incluant des cours de statistiques, comptabilité et analyse de données
