Job Description

The Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations within the Corporate Banking Marketing division. They will assist in various tasks, including KYC documentation, MRS processing, and customer signature collection. This role is integral to ensuring the team's efficient daily operations and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.

• Prepare and complete KYC documentation, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Support the processing and closure of MRS requests within specified timelines.
• Obtain customer signatures on required documents and actively follow up on pending items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of operational tasks.
• Assist in addressing Compliance, Audit, and operational requirements, following senior team guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions and customer information.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality, efficient day-to-day operational services.
• Escalate issues and exceptions to supervisors as needed, maintaining smooth operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all KYC documentation and MRS requests.
• Maintain a high level of compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to effective collaboration.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations.
