About the Role

The Transportation Analyst will provide front line system support to the transportation team and partner transportation providers with issue resolution/system enhancement management. This individual will also serve as the testing lead in the TMS/EDI functionality as well as site implementations ensuring the solutions provided meet transportation planning team’s objectives. There will also be an element of master data maintenance associated with this role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TMS master data elements

• Provide support in the onboarding of providers to EDI/API integrations for tendering

• Communicate system changes (outages, enhancements, etc.) to internal and external customers.

• Lead testing efforts around system changes and enhancements to ensure business continuity.

• Manage system enhancement/issue resolution requests ensuring the right prioritization is assigned based on the needs of the business

• TMS system superuser providing front-line issue resolution support and escalating as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain , transportation or logistics

• 1+ years experience with TMS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional experience using TMS systems

• Microsoft Office Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint

• Significant experience using and maintaining TMS systems and EDI/API connections

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Critical thinker with a proven history of taking complex problems and solving them through root cause resolution

• Strong data analytics experience working with large sets of data among different systems/tools

• Proven ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset

• Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive, sustainable solutions

• Experience managing expectations with supporting IT groups

• Strong communicator
