Visa’s Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Sourcing, to join our diverse team of industry leading talent attraction professionals. This role will successfully collaborate with a team(s) of Talent Acquisition campus recruiters, as well as work directly with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry early careers talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform active talent attraction methods, while being a strategic partner in support of Visa’s business functions.

Essential Functions:

  • Own and manage relationships with a set of core schools. Partnering with University career centers, student organizations, faculty, staff, and Visa leaders
  • Design recruiting activation events on assigned campuses showcasing Visa as an employer of choice
  • Manage event expenses, return on investment from events, and leads/hires generated from recruiting events
  • Builds and nurtures a long-term early careers talent pipeline that enables the business to fulfill Visa’s 2030 strategic imperatives
  • Be a contributing member in the Strategy In-Take Meeting with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring team
  • Utilize hunting and sourcing skills to actively identify talent, via multiple talent attraction platforms, to include LinkedIn Recruiter, 12Twenty, Handshake, RippleMatch etc.
  • Actively market job openings, partnering with Recruitment Marketing on advertising, while encouraging hiring teams to also share with their individual networks
  • Build and utilize a strong network of prospective candidates to identify a diverse slate of candidates
  • Attracts top early careers talent into the organization while acting as a Visa’s culture ambassador both in-person and online using social media tools like Linkedin
  • Source and screen applicants to provide a down select of qualified talent to the talent partner(s)
  • Partner with cross-functional TA (Talent Acquisition) Teams in include, but not limited to our Recruiting, I&D, and Employee Resource Groups
  • Source, manage, and train volunteers for recruiting events and engagements
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Able to work in a hybrid work environment

Visarequiresat least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 3-5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition to include talent attraction, recruiting, or related field, with a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Smart Recruiters and Workday a plus
  • Experience working with college students in a professional capacity
  • Proficient utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, such as LinkedIn
  • Recruiter, Handshake, RippleMatch, 12Twenty, and other major job boards
  • Utilization of proactive sourcing methodologies and tools, as well as building Boolean search strings
  • Creative skills within researching and identifying both passive and active candidates
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and meet various deadlines
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable presenting to large audiences and selling Visa as an employer of choice
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to travel 30% of the time
  • Experience utilizing a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Workday a plus
  • Experience producing virtual or hybrid recruiting events
  • Experience recruiting early careers talent at Universities with top computer science programs
  • Prior sourcing experience within the fintech industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills


Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $104,900.00 to $ 163,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
