
As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You configure, administer, maintain, develop and upgrade products, libraries, softwares, business solutions, computer networks, management systems and small-scale database servers based on the organization's needs. You analyze issues related to the development, administration and stability of IT systems, librairies deliveries and infrastructure operations. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare tools and scripts to automate tasks or infrastructure components in accordance with your discipline's rules. You conduct analysis, develop the initial outlines of tools and processes and prepare the required documentation. You draw on your comprehensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields.
