We are looking for a Analyst Support Manager to turn complex data into clear insights that support business decisions and improve operational performance. You’ll work across teams to analyse trends, build dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain data quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Conduct analysis such as time studies and performance reviews

What we’re looking for:

Must-Have:

• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with A/B testing or statistical analysis
• Background in process improvement
