
Supports generation performance, contract administration, and utility‑scale integration by evaluating cost data, tracking KPIs, preparing reports, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant operational and financial reporting.
Serves as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including developers, IPPs, Project Managers, Energy Management, and regulatory bodies) to ensure smooth coordination, timely information flow, and issue resolution.
Supports engineering studies and site visit logistics by coordinating schedules and resources to enable accurate analysis and successful stakeholder engagement.
Collects and validates operational, metering, contractual, and performance data to support audits of major contracts and budget processes ensuring accurate documentation for regulatory submissions and program presentations.
Prepares and delivers performance, financial, and project status reports, including daily operational updates, power production cost reports, availability metrics, REC filings, schedules, and ad‑hoc analyses to provide leadership and regulatory audiences with actionable insights for decision-making.
Tracks and maintains contract obligations including records, amendments, KPIs, and availability/performance metrics to ensure compliance and data integrity across systems.
Collaborates cross-functionally with technical specialists, project managers, and other departments to support operational goals, program implementation and strategic initiatives effectively.
Maintains project schedules, regulatory requirement trackers, risk registers, development-phase documentation, docket files, and meeting/workshop notes to ensure organized follow‑through and execution readiness.
Validates and reconciles invoice data, monitors KPIs, and performs cost/performance analyses to support settlements, economic modeling, and portfolio optimization.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university.
Experience
3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business strategic support, including interpreting metrics, forecasts, and statistical results, and other analytical functions preferably in the utility or energy industry.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role: Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
