Your Job

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Process Excellence Analyst to support our supply chain digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in demand planning or procurement (Buyers) and strong experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) modules. The candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning), MRP-relevant and planning-relevant master data fields, and their impact on execution.

Our Team

Our team(Process excellence) consists of a total of 8 members: 1 Director, 2 Project Management, 4 Business Analysts, and 1 Data Engineer. The Project Management role involves engaging with stakeholders, including plant users and Directors, to ensure they effectively utilize the analyses built in Celonis. The Business Analyst is responsible for managing individual business processes, interact and building reports in Celonis to meet user requirements The Data Engineer is responsible for end-to-end activities, including establishing connections to source systems(SAP, Snowflake, redshift etc.,) to extract data from tables, transforming raw data into meaningful insights, creating data models, and maintaining them.

  • What You Will Do
  • Analyze and improve SAP master data (MM & PP) to enhance supply chain efficiency across multiple plants.
  • Collaborate with Materials Managers, Buyers, Production Planners, Network Supply Planners, and Inventory Planners to ensure data accuracy and sustainability.
  • Identify and correct master data inconsistencies, ensuring they align with best practices for MRP execution
  • Develop and maintaindata analytics capabilities to assess large datasets, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Work closely with different plant stakeholders to implement and sustain master data governance frameworks
  • Drive adoption of process improvements and provide training on best practices for planning and MRP execution
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and leverage digital tools like Celonis or other process mining solutions to enhance efficiency.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Graduate in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Engineering. (B.E/B.Tech)
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, reporting, and programming, along with strong analytical thinking.
  • Experience working in Python & PQL
  • Proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Celonis Process Mining or similar digital process improvement tools
  • Prior experience in process excellence, data governance, or master data management
