The range for this role is $26.00 to $33.00 per hour.

This opportunity is an 6 months contract position, with an estimated end date of January, 2027 Please note that contract roles do not include additional monetary benefits or health care coverage

The Supply Chain Analyst supports the execution of core supply chain processes, providing analytical insight and coordination across Planning, Logistics, Commercial, and Finance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by translating data into actionable insights that drive supply continuity and operational efficiency.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for driving smooth end to end forecasting, planning and inventory management for Havana Club
  • Responsible for planning Liquid Value Add forecasting and logistics
  • Responsible for supporting Export business from forecasting to logistics
  • Responsible for compiling data from different sources, analyzing data and providing insights
  • Drive automation of new and existing reports to drive efficiency

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business analytics, Data science or related field

Experience/Background:

  • 1+ years’ Experience in a data analyst, demand planning or similar role
  • Experience creating tools and reports from large datasets (excel pivot tables, power query, intermediate formulas (index-match))
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with forecasting and forecasting systems (Anaplan, Blue Yonder, etc.)
  • Demand planning experience (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen, independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Great at communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Advanced use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Entrepreneurial personality; strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Flexible, organized, team player
