The Analyst, SRM is responsible for the overall relationship, onboarding and evaluation of vendors in Marketplace. In addition to developing strategies for increasing engagement of suppliers and assessing their sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

• Executes and manages the daily activities (catalog management, vendor communications, close communication with Marketplace’s 3rd party host, etc.)
• Ensure the entire vendor’s content is available, complete and accurate for ALL users (internal and external) in CEMEX Marketplace
• Ensure that content is available by working directly with the vendors and interacting closely with the entire Procurement department (Negotiators and Procurement Analysts) as well as other internal users from ALL business lines and regions
• Manage the content for our cemexvendor.com and suppliers page in cemexusa.com
• incorporate additional analysis and supplier evaluations, sustainability scorecards, share of wallet reports and will have visibility to contracts. It will also translate analytical outcomes into actionable information for Strategic Sourcing Team
• Responsible for the overall relationship, onboarding and evaluation of vendors in marketplace, developing strategies for increasing engagement of suppliers and assessing their sustainability
• Provide all back end support for CEMEX Marketplace functionalities between Procurement and Hubwoo (3rd Party IT host), ensuring that content is available and that systems are up and running. Open and follow up with helpdesk cases pending from Hubwoo, tests upgrades and vendor punch-out sites
• Manages cemexvendors.com website content as one of the main channel to communicate vendor performance evaluations, sustainability scorecards and share of wallet reports. Develops strategy for redesign of the website based on user feedback
• Develops strategies to increase Marketplace usage, by leveraging data from the helpdesk line and regional engagement meetings and communicates to the Marketplace users vendor announcements, and catalog activity
• Develop strategy to increase the usage of cemexvendors.com as the main channel of communication with CEMEX and its vendors
• Proactively analyze contracts and catalogs and communicate opportunities to negotiators
• Work with different departments to enhance Marketplace and handle several projects with IT
• Create the right content that vendors will look forward to have to improve their business with CEMEX
• Develops vendor performance metrics and sustainability scorecards to assess vendors
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work independently
• Must have strong attention to detail and organized
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• SAP ECC

Capable of working in an open concept office environment

Physical Requirements

• Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time
