Niron Magnetics is seeking an Analyst, Strategy & Operations to work directly alongside our senior leadership team during one of the most consequential stretches in the company's history. This is a generalist role built for an exceptional early-career candidate who wants to learn a company from the inside out, quickly, by being useful everywhere.
You will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Development and work closely with cross functional leadership.
This role is designed as an accelerated onboarding into the company. We expect the first six months to be a broad immersion across the business, after which there are multiple paths forward depending on where your strengths and interests land — corporate development, financial analysis, program and project management, commercial operations, or an equivalent enabling role supporting a functional leader. We hire for this role with the expectation that the person will grow into something larger.
Recruiters and Employment Agencies: Please note that Niron Magnetics does not accept unsolicited resumes from external agencies. Any unsolicited resumes submitted to our career site, hiring managers, or employees will be considered the property of Niron Magnetics. Consequently, we reserve the right to hire these candidates at our discretion without any financial obligation to the submitting agency.

Where such access is required, the Company will evaluate all available license exceptions and exemptions before determining that a formal export authorization is necessary. If an export authorization is required, the Company will determine, based on legitimate business and regulatory considerations alone, whether to pursue one. The Company is not obligated to seek an export authorization in every circumstance, and any decision regarding authorization will never be based on a candidate's citizenship status, immigration status, or national origin. Niron Magnetics is reshaping American manufacturing. We saw the problems caused by rare earth dependence and took a fundamentally different approach, reconceptualizing how magnets can be made. Our groundbreaking Iron Nitride technology was born at the University of Minnesota, then developed and manufactured right here in Minnesota.
The result is a more secure and sustainable supply chain, and a material that unlocks innovation in magnet-using devices. With facilities clean enough to sit in the heart of cities, and our world-class team of experts, we are creating the future of magnetics.
