The Analyst, Strategic Operations will be an integral member of the Arizona Operations leadership team, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, operational improvement efforts, service line growth, and practice integrations across the Arizona market.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic analysis, financial modeling, project support, and operational execution. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with executive leadership, physicians, and cross-functional teams to evaluate growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive key operational initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic & Analytical Support:

· Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

· Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive presentations to support strategic decision making.

· Conduct market research and competitive analyses to inform growth strategies.

Project Support

· Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.

· Coordinate project timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

· Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization, and lead the change management required to execute on those opportunities.

Operations & Growth:

· Support new practice integrations, service line expansions, and operational transformation initiatives.

· Partner with operations leadership to standardize workflows, improve processes, and implement new technologies.

· Collaborate with Strategic Finance, FP&A, Marketing, Legal, IT, and Clinical leadership to execute market priorities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear action steps.

· Proven project support skills and comfort supporting multiple initiatives at once.

· Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leadership and physicians.

· Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

· Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting clinical and operational teams.

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or similar graduate degree preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, healthcare strategy, project management, or related analytical roles.

· Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive and physician leadership.

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

· Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive and physician leaders.

· Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

· Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint).

· Collaborative mindset with a strong customer-service orientation.

· Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across teams.

· Ability and willingness to travel locally within the Arizona market as needed.

Physical Requirements for the Job:

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

· Ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods of time.

· Manual dexterity required for standard office equipment use.
