Job Description

At Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Stock Loan Operations/Trade Support team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing critical support to our trading desks.   • Provide trade support functions, including booking and settling trades, for Stock Loan, Matchbook, and RevCon trading desks.
  • Process daily mark-to-market activities with non-DTC participating clients.
  • Handle callback/returns processing, allocating, booking, and outgoing returns.
  • Manage DTC RAD Approvals.
  • Collaborate with counterparties for month-end billing and reconciliation.
  • Perform contract compare tasks.
  • Ensure Start of Day/End of Day account balancing.
  • Offer ad-hoc assistance to various trading desks as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of DTC and Loanet is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with FIS/Phase3 is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of stock loan experience is required.
  • Possess Series 7 or 99 certification.
  • Excellent communication and reconciliation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
