What You’ll Do

Assists in the development of long-range plans to achieve objectives for growth and profitability. Conducts studies for management in a number of areas including financial and operational. Assists in forecast and analyzes trends in finance. Responsible for computing and reporting financial measurements for Upper Level management.

Serves as finance lead for assigned business unit, including compiling and analyzing all financial information.

Prepares and distributes monthly financial review package to management

Prepares, forecasts, and analyzes trends in revenue, expenses, and other related areas.

Works with finance management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those objectives.

Assists with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans.

Carries out performance analysis and reporting.

Works with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users.

Performs month-end review of results to ensure accuracy.

Analyzes actual results to understand variances, and revises projections as appropriate.

Supports department managers, director, and vice president.

What We’re Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required

Experience

1 – 4 years’ experience of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Skills/Certifications

Financial analysis, Quantitative analysis planning, and Analytical skills

Ability to understand Accounting and Finance Principles

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and Vlookups within Excel.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred

Strong communications, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.

Ability to manage daily function with minimal supervision

Supervisory Responsibility: None
