The Analyst, Specialty Sales & Solutions serves as a strategic and analytical partner to the Executive Vice President, Specialty Sales & Solutions. This role supports executive decision-making, business performance management, sales operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. The position is designed for an early-career professional with strong analytical, financial, healthcare, and project management capabilities who can translate complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The Analyst will support strategic priorities, prepare executive materials, monitor business performance, coordinate key initiatives, and identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Serve as an extension of the EVP by supporting execution of key strategic priorities, preparing executive briefings, presentations, board materials, and leadership communications, and coordinating follow-up actions across leadership teams.
Business Analytics and Decision Support:
Analyze sales, financial, operational, and market performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and dependencies. Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, executive reporting, financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business reviews and strategic planning.
Healthcare Market and Industry Analysis:
Analyze healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, payer and provider developments, and competitive activity. Support strategic evaluations of new opportunities, partnerships, service offerings, and growth initiatives.
Project Management and Strategic Initiatives:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Create project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and governance structures; track milestones; facilitate leadership meetings; and document decisions and action items.
AI and Innovation:
Champion AI-enabled ways of working by leveraging Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, automation tools, and advanced analytics to improve productivity, streamline reporting, and enhance decision-making. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and recommend practical applications of emerging AI and healthcare technology trends.
Executive Communication and Research:
Conduct research, synthesize complex information, and develop concise recommendations to support executive decision-making. Translate large datasets and qualitative information into executive-level insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, analytics, strategy, business operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze sales, financial, operational, market, and healthcare industry data and translate findings into concise insights.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, milestones, and competing priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level materials.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential information and senior leaders.
Comfort with AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging technology to improve productivity and business decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications & Interests
Experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, provider organizations, payers, healthcare consulting, strategy, finance, or business analytics.
Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, strategic finance, or annual planning processes.
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI capabilities, or workflow automation platforms.
Internship or early-career experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, finance, analytics, or business transformation.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $70,218.51-$117,008.35
