About the role:
As an FP&A analyst, you will report to theIndia Accounting & Finance head for Total Issuer Solutions India of FIS
The responsibilities will include building a partnership with the Business leaders for their Finance needs, extracting reports from the Financial Systems (EPBCS) andassistthe India finance leader with Budgeting & Forecasting including preparing the Variance commentary Reports and Month end Activities. This role will berequiredto provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
This positionwill berequiredto prepareaccuratemonthly financial reports,assistin the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtfulanalysisandidentifyaction items. The role alsoneedto work closely with theaccountingteam for the month end activities to ensure correct accruals and accounting into the correct departments.

The TIS Finance & Accounting team offers all the Finance, accounting, tax & compliance activities for the TIS India operations. We believe in building a highly collaborative environment andbuildgreat partnerships with the Business leaders and the Global Finance & Accounting team. What you will be doing:
Month End Activities–
-Pre-month end report & analysis against the Forecast/Budget. Ensuring all the actuals are correctly booked as per the Budgets/Forecast.
-Call out any changes needed before the month-endclose Checking the Accrual files against the budgets.
Budgeting & Forecasting-
Collect data for all the India Departments w.r.t Headcount and other expenditures
Analyze the data given against the Actuals and the targets for the Budgets.
Laise with the US Finance teams
Business Partnership-
Preparing monthly reports and the commentaries for all the business heads in India
Attending Business Reviews with Business heads on monthly basis
Preparing action items for monthly review meetings & ensure follow ups for closure
Answering/directing to the right person in Finance & Accounting anyadhocqueries by the business teams.
Miscellaneous –
Approve operating and capitalexpenseagainst the budgets/ Forecast.
Any other itemswrtFinancial Planning and Analysis needed as part of the function.
What you will need:
Master’s in Business FinanceCA/ICWA with minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance
Experience developing financial reports and metrics
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels within India and outside India.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities whilemaintaininga view of the big picture
