Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our team and help build, scale, and operate modern cloud-native platforms. You will play a key role in designing and managing infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring high system reliability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and platform engineering, and who enjoy solving complex operational challenges.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters (AKS) in production environments
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and cloud-native principles
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance
• Implement and promote DevOps, GitOps, and DevSecOps best practices
• Design and manage secure pipelines, including secrets management and access control
• Contribute to automation, infrastructure-as-code, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document systems, processes, and operational procedures

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, networking, IAM, storage, monitoring)
• Solid experience managing Kubernetes in production environments
• Proven expertise in CI/CD tooling, including GitHub Actions and Harness
• Experience with Docker and container-based architectures
• Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps principles
• Experience with secure pipeline design and secrets management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
• Exposure to microservices architectures
• Experience in financial systems or regulated environments
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
