Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Front Office trading applications.
Enable high‑availability, scalable, and secure DevOps platforms for latency‑sensitive trading systems.
Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows using modern DevOps practices.
Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (or equivalent).
Collaborate closely with Trading, Development, QA, and SRE teams to ensure smooth releases.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive issue detection.
Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and participate in incident response.
Drive DevOps best practices, security, and continuous improvement across the platform.
Mandatory Skills (Hands‑on Required)
Cloud Platforms: Azure / AWS / Google Cloud (Azure preferred)
Programming/Scripting: Strong hands‑on experience with Python

JIRA integration with CI/CD and other enterprise systems
Monitoring & Logging:
Experience with Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
Automated Testing:
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Google Test and Robot Framework
Reporting & Visualization:
Power BI exposure for operational and delivery dashboards
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
Experience supporting Front Office trading, asset management, or capital markets platforms
Understanding of low‑latency systems, release controls, and production stability in BFSI environments
Familiarity with regulated environments and audit/compliance requirements
Soft Skills
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work under pressure in business‑critical environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Ownership mindset with focus on reliability and continuous improvement
