What you will be doing
As a business analyst and modeler, you will be working on a product in the regulatory risk domain. The area of work would be related to calculation of RWA and capital requirements for Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures,CVA charge and other related risks.The product also deals with regulatory reporting.You would be familiar with the guidelines from different regulators like Basel, EBA and PRA to list a few.
Your main responsibilities would include
•Analysis of business requirements-new regulations, new features
•Translating business requirement to solution design
•Preparing functional specifications, creating stories on JIRA, addingdefinition of done for
story/feature/defect to be implemented
•Testing of implemented functionality
•Documentationandpresentation of functionality
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
•Hands-on experience in calculation of RWA/Capital Charge for Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit
Risk, Regulatory Reporting
•Understanding of different approaches for calculation ofabove regulatory risks
•Ability to understand business requirement from regulatory documents and translate to solution design
•Knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets
•Knowledge of Basel 2/3 jurisdictions, CRD4, PRA, CRRIIor Otherregulations
•Technical Knowledge–familiarity with SQL database and querying,
Skills
•GIT/SVN repositories, JIRA
•Knowledge of Agile process
•Strong desktop computing skills–PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree / MBA Finance/ or any equivalent degree in Finance-related discipline
•Previous work experience in Banking or finance domain

•Fluent in English
•Excellent communicator–ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and
external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
•Ability to learn new content-finance, product and technology related
•Attention to detail–track record of authoring high quality documentation
•Organized approach–manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
•Self-starter but team mindset-work autonomously and as part of a global team
