Job Description

Analyzes business intelligence data to progress business and product decisions, blending historical data from various sources and assessing industry trends. Identifies and analyzes industry/geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client trends to assist in the formulation of effective business processes. Confers with cross-functional teams to model and forecast the outcomes of potential business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conducts complex analyses, confers with relevant stakeholders, and constructs comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes. Develops complex forecasting models to anticipate market dynamics, enabling the establishment of proactive business solutions. Assists in the design of systems to enhance the performance of business analysis processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data-driven decision-making. Provides guidance and coaching to less experienced professionals within the team, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work. Assists in the management of projects and processes, recommending procedural improvements and ensuring their successful implementation. Works to influence operational policies, practices, and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of business analysis functions. Experienced individual role encapsulating facilitating operational tasks that contribute to departmental outcomes, managing the implementation of systems, processes, or products to improve performance. Responsibilities include addressing-complex issues with considerable independence, applying analysis and judgment to guide decisions. Regular communication with external contacts such as customers, vendors, and requiring information exchange. Operates with limited supervision, providing guidance and training to others while supporting broader team goals. This position typically requires a moderate-level of experience in a related field, supported by advanced education or specialized knowledge.
