At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, the Senior Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence and informed business decision-making. This position leverages data analysis, process improvement, and strategic problem-solving to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with business partners across the organization to deliver actionable insights and lead projects that contribute to our mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Qualifications
Departmental Preferences
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage plan structure and CMS regulations & guidance.
Proven experience processing MA PPO claims across Facility, Professional, Home & Host lines of business.
