We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to design, operate, and continuously improve controls that protect privileged identities, credentials, and secrets across enterprise environments.

This role will focus on the administration and security of Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Privilege Manager, and Azure Key Vault, ensuring secure access to workstations, servers, cloud assets, and application secrets. The analyst will partner closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, and DevOps teams to reduce risk, enforce least privilege, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Your Impact

  • Lead and enhance Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies, processes, and governance across the organization.
  • Manage Delinea Privilege Manager and Azure Key Vault to secure privileged accounts, secrets, certificates, and encryption keys.
  • Enforce least-privilege, RBAC, and JIT access controls across endpoints, servers, cloud environments, and service accounts.
  • Integrate secure secrets management with applications, APIs, automation, and CI/CD pipelines, eliminating hard-coded credentials.
  • Ensure compliance and security assurance through access reviews, audit support, privileged activity monitoring, and incident response.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, or Privileged Access Management roles.
  • Relevant certifications: CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GNFA, CYSA+.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) for security tooling.
  • Background in cloud-native security monitoring (AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP Security Command Center).
  • Previous experience leading or significantly contributing to SIEM/SOAR migrations or major upgrades.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
