Responsibilities:

  • Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues
  • Adapt to new technologies in quick time
  • Complete the assigned tasks in timely manner with zero defects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Focus on identifying the gaps in as is process and improve
  • Focus on Automation and Process improvement. Bring in new ideas
  • May need to work in shifts to support workflows in multiple env

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of Experience in Supply chain domain preferably manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in constructing, testing, and supporting supply chain planning solutions, such as JDA/BY Demand, Fulfillment
  • Experience on JDA SCPO platform will be plus
  • Basic knowledge in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Knowledge on Python will be a plus
  • Good to have experience in Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions
  • Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g will be a plus
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and cross functional teams
  • B.E. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, M.B.A. in Operations or equivalent technical degrees
