Your Job

As a SAP Vistex Analyst at Koch, you will work with the Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products IT organization as a part of the Vistex team. This will be in a functional role working closely with key business SMEs on day-to-day support, new requirements, enhancements and projects. The selected candidate should have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Vistex and demonstrate initiative, analytical skills, and teamwork.

The Vistex Senior Analyst will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Capabilities Technology (KCCT) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.


What You Will Do

  • Supporting the Vistex solution used by the Consumer Products business; Designing, developing, and configuring Vistex solutions in an S/4 HANA landscape.
  • Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day to day production support in a timely manner.
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements; Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and other documentation.
  • Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user acceptance testing.
  • Working with business SMEs to deliver and support solutions.
  • Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations.
  • Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation and training.
  • Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in designing, configuring and implementing Vistex.
  • Strong understanding of business processes behind Vendor programs must have worked on pricing scenarios to determine prices based on vendor master & market indexes.
  • Must have worked on Vistex business scripts or formula builders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge on Vistex GTMS Calculation Derivation Engine.
  • Knowledge on Vistex GTMS Calculation table, extension table, Calculation sheet, Calculation Path & Calculation procedure.
  • Good to have knowledge on SAP Extended Price Management by Vistex (Vistex GTMS ~ Go to Market Suite).
  • Good to have knowledge on SFTP file transfer protocols to transfer master data between MDM and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Good to have knowledge of SAP BTP on cloud solutions that integrates with transaction pricing, contracts & analytics.
  • Good to have knowledge on Vistex Data Objects, Vistex workspace & Vistex Price review.
  • Good to have knowledge on Vistex DMR (Data Maintenance Resources) and DMP (Data Maintenance Pricing) module.
  • Consumer Products industry experience.
  • Techno-functional experience or ABAP debugging skills.
  • Consulting experience or multiple full lifecycle implementations experience.
  • SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori experience.
