Your Role:

  • The Analyst is responsible for managing Material Master Data, creating records in the Master Data Governance system (MDG-M), and performing extensions to all associated downstream ERPs.
  • This role focuses on supporting the introduction of new product data and Material Master Data, along with all activities necessary to successfully load, launch, and maintain materials from legacy portfolios in the new SAP systems.
  • Responsibilities include creating, extending, and maintaining multiple SAP Material Master data objects.
  • Data will validate and execute requests for changes, advise users on local data management, and perform mass maintenance functions as needed.
  • Participation in SAP projects involves implementing new functionalities or common features in new sites and improving workflows.
  • Manage tickets related to master data issues (NPDI Ticket System) or project-specific requests.

Who you are:

  • Any bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 months to 3-years’ experience of SAP Material Master and MDG-M
  • Knowledge of MDG-M (Master Data Governance system for Materials) is essential for managing and maintaining data integrity within the organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in Material Master structures, is crucial for effectively handling material-related data and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary for collaborating with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with relational database management (SQL) is advantageous, as it enables efficient data manipulation and retrieval.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Access and MS Excel, are important for data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Familiarity with and use of Access databases will enhance the ability to manage and query data efficiently
  • Practical industry experience is an asset, as it provides insights into real-world applications and challenges.
