Analyst - Sales Operations

In this role, you'll use data, reporting, and business systems to support sales leaders, improve operational efficiency, and help teams make informed decisions. If you enjoy turning data into action and partnering across functions to solve business challenges, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact.

This is a fully remote position. Mountain or Pacific Time Zones are preferred to support business needs.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and distribute monthly and annual sales performance reports, awards reporting, and operational metrics for sales leadership.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with sales leaders and field teams to address reporting, territory alignment, sales compensation, and operational requests.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy and maintain system integrity.
• Participate in the design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of new business processes and technology solutions.
• Execute and support user acceptance testing, data validation, and system implementations to ensure successful deployment.
• Maintain and update sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quota data within business systems.
• Train and support users on reporting tools, system enhancements, and new operational processes to drive adoption and efficiency.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related analytical business function.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.
• Experience participating in system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.

• USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
• US5: $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual
• US10: $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual
• US15: $74,100 - $108,600 USD Annual
• US20: $77,300 - $113,300 USD Annual
• US30: $83,700 - $122,700 USD Annual
