Job Description
The Sales Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales organization through accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance insights. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Incentives and Analytics, this role is responsible for analyzing sales trends, maintaining dashboards, validating sales data, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with sales data in a fast paced environment.
What you’ll do:
• Validate sales data across CRM, reporting tools, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support data requests and provide insights for business decisions.
• Assist in building and improving reporting processes, data models, and analytical frameworks.
• Support the calculation of monthly and quarterly sales commissions in alignment with compensation plans and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts, meet deadlines, and quickly resolve all sales team inquiries related to commission accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze sales trends, compensation outcomes, and data variances to support business decisions.
• Maintain and update field sales budgets throughout the year, incorporating changes driven by staffing adjustments, territory shifts, and organizational updates.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes to support transparency and audit readiness.
• Support ad hoc sales strategy and analytics projects assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
• Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience required
• 1-2 years of professional experience working in sales commission, sales operations, finance, operations or revenue reporting.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a must
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Comfortable with computers and computer operated systems, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure in a self-directed environment and deliver to deadlines
• Flexibility to work longer hours during the month end commission cycle

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this role is $56,000 - $70,000
Compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. As this posting is intended for internal candidates, compensation will be established through a formal review process. Eligible employees may earn performance-based incentives and have access to comprehensive benefits and retirement plans with matching contributions. This posting is for a newly created position.
