Description

Support the Corporate Safety SMS team in the implementation and oversight of the enterprise Safety Management System (SMS), including safety policies, objectives, reporting processes, and continuous safety improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include safety data analysis, meeting and project coordination, maintenance of safety documentation and training records, preparation of governance meeting materials, and support for safety promotion activities through training, communication, and competency development. Collaborate closely with Corporate Safety, Data, IKC, and operational teams to strengthen safety culture and support organizational safety goals.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Safety Management System (SMS) policies, objectives, reporting processes, and safety performance measures
• Develop and maintain safety-related presentations, meeting materials, records, and other SMS governance documentation
• Support safety promotion team to update safety communication, including webpages, communications channels and promotional materials
• Training and development to maintain operational knowledge to support safety risk management
• Support oversight and maintenance of relevant Safety Manuals
• Develop, integrate, and collaborate with other safety teams on SMS related efforts
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Mi Utilize AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance daily work efficiency crosoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance daily work efficiency
