Part of the Workforce Planning team, the Analyst Roster Planning is responsible for the creation and optimization of crew pairings and rostering to attain optimal operational consistency and reduce expenses, all while upholding adherence to Industrial Agreements, CASA regulations, and internal protocols. This role requires strong partnerships with both Internal and external stakeholders with the ability to present data sets and improvements to the business. This role will conduct thorough evaluations of various planning scenarios, extracting key insights to identify the most economical and operationally advantageous rostering strategies.
