What you will do

The PGIM Governance & Oversight team (PGIM G&O), within PGIM Operational Risk Management, is seeking an Analyst who is curious, results-oriented, can translate plans into actions, and has a strong moral compass.

The Analyst of PGIM G&O will be responsible for assisting the PGIM Senior Director of G&O with the following responsibilities, among others:

Governance and Oversight

  • Provide effective challenge and enter risk data in OpenPages (e.g., risk assessments, risk events, issues/actions, KRIs). ​

  • Track and report on issues/actions, challenge root cause analysis and supporting evidence of closure.​

  • Ensure business compliance with PGIM and Enterprise policies, procedures, frameworks (e.g., RCSAs, issues, risk events, Models) and monitor tracking metrics.

Framework and Standards

  • Define, develop, own and maintain PGIM specific policies, standards and methodologies.

  • Standardize and clarify framework components and definitions (e.g., issues/actions management, risk acceptance, risk events, KRIs, assessments, EUCS, Models, AI) and what needs to be captured in OpenPages. ​

  • Develop and implement ORM framework training and awareness. Facilitate understanding and use across Risk teams to cascade to business.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Create and maintain PGIM-wide risk reporting (e.g., dashboards, thematic insights, risk profiles) with risk and business data points.

  • Provideformal reporting to senior management, PGIM Risk Management Committee on risks, issues, KRIs, KPIs, risk events and behaviors monthly/quarterly to increase transparency and governance.

1st line ORM Coverage

  • Finance and Human Resources ​

    • Act as advisors (e.g., assess and be a part of change projects, targeted assessments) ​

    • Guide and support on risk related issues (risk events, issues/actions, risk acceptance)​

Collaborate/Coordination

  • Point of contact for Enterprise requests and PGIM Risk Teams

What you will bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, auditing, operations, or operational risk management

  • Product knowledge in the financial services or asset management industry

  • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills; detail oriented

  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to ask good questions and connect concepts

  • Working knowledge of PowerBi and creating reports
