Team Description

The APAC COO team is dedicated to ensuring that both regional and country platforms operate commercially, smoothly, and efficiently. As partners with the Head of Asia Pacific and senior business leaders, we unlock opportunities to accelerate growth, drive innovation, and lead change. The team conducts detailed resourcing and financial analysis. We translate findings into actionable insights and proactively mitigate risks. We maintain a strong operational focus and advance our talent and culture agenda.

We are growing our presence in Taiwan to strengthen partnerships with regional partners, coordinate programs, ensure compliance with local and regional regulations, and deliver technology-enabled optimization. The External & Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for timely completion of external and regulatory reporting obligations across the APAC region, while actively driving automation and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reports and disclosures to external parties, including fund board, other board-level, clients, vendors and regulators on a timely basis
  • Monitor triggers for event-driven reports and coordinate timely responses
  • Consolidate data input from multiple sources to produce internal recurring and ad-hoc reports
  • Drive automation initiatives and create end-to-end process efficiencies across reporting workflows
  • Partner with Legal & Compliance, Regulatory Solutions, and local jurisdiction teams to validate reporting requirements as part of ongoing efforts and onboarding of reporting processes into the APAC COO team

Knowledge / Skills

  • Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred, preferably in a client-facing, sales support, or operational role; knowledge of financial products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel (including automation), with experience in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and Python preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage tools, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI) to streamline processes and drive efficiency
  • Proven problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Asian language skills (e.g., Japanese, Korean) preferred
  • Familiarity with APAC regulatory reporting frameworks and external disclosure requirements a plus
