How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, Regional Treasury Center LATAM plays a key role in supporting The Walt Disney Company’s regional treasury and banking operations. This position will contribute to daily cash management activities, optimize liquidity processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting across a complex, multinational environment. By working closely with internal business partners and global banking institutions, the Analyst will help maintain efficient, well-controlled cash and banking operations, safeguarding financial resources and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

The Analyst, Regional Treasury will be responsible for:

  • Manage daily cash positioning of certain LATAM territories, ensuring sufficient liquidity across assigned territories and accurate, timely reporting. Execute bank transfers, investments, and validate interest and bank fees against reports to ensure accuracy and cost control.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, funding requests, and execute intercompany payments and collections based on liquidity needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global banking partners
  • Administer bank account lifecycle (openings, closures, maintenance, signatory updates) in alignment with business requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank account records and documentation in centralized systems (e.g., iBAM/Reval)
  • Oversee bank statement processes, including download, storage, and distribution, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness
  • Manage user access and administration in banking platforms, including onboarding, modifications, removals, and periodic access reviews to ensure compliance
  • Manage dividend distributions and capital reductions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external banks
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Treasury (US) and other Regional Treasury Centers (UK, Singapore) to ensure alignment and best practices

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or similar fields (advanced student can also be considered)
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Banking operations
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow, liquidity management, and banking processes
  • Experience with international banking and LATAM operations
  • Strong Excel management and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with banking platforms and account administration (Interbanking, CitiDirect, FX Pulse, Nexus).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent English required; Portuguese is a plus
  • High integrity, reliability, interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with local, regional and global teams.
  • Cash Management and/or Banking Services experience – Preferred.
  • Experience with Reval or other Treasury Management Systems- Preferred.
  • Online bank platforms (Interbanking, CitiDirect, FX Pulse, Nexus) - Preferred.
