The Analyst, Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing corporate real estate activities, including conducting property and portfolio analysis, coordinating real estate transactions, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive real estate records. This role supports strategic decision‑making by ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and effective execution of real estate initiatives.

Five plus years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, business, finance, para-legal, facilities, or related area required
Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated enthusiasm for the real estate industry, process, and records
Demonstrate five-plus years of strong research and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Normal Work Environment - Work is normally performed in a shared office environment
On occasion, may work in or visit construction area or undeveloped sites
Overtime and/or Travel across the Company footprint is required as needed
Normal working hours Monday – Friday
