Job Description

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance 
  • Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders 
  • Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions 
  • Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective 
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability 
  • Organize and perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required 

How to thrive in this role?

  • Typically 5+  years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc) 
  • Thorough data compilation and program tracking experience 
  • Thorough knowledge and experience reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in organization and delivery of  training with high degree of presentation delivery skills 
  • Thorough knowledge and experience s of policy / procedure writing including coordination of any project 
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in benchmarking and documentation mapping 
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc), Quality Assurance interpretation, methodology and techniques  
  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
