THE ROLE

We are looking for an analytical, strategic, and results-driven professional to join the Category Intelligence and Enablement team and help advance promotional capabilities across North America. This role will support the optimization of pricing and promotional performance by delivering actionable insights, improving reporting capabilities, and partnering across the business to strengthen decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Promotion Manager, North America.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage existing reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide timely insights on promotional performance and support data-driven business decisions.

  • Analyze pricing and promotional performance to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations that improve business outcomes.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics teams to develop, enhance, and deploy reporting solutions related to merchandise promotions.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support the development and maintenance of data quality metrics, dashboards, and governance processes to improve confidence in promotional reporting.

  • Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and performance reviews of key promotional initiatives across North America.

  • Provide analytical and project support for strategic cross-functional merchandising initiatives and ad hoc business priorities.

  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, standardization, and scalability across promotional capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or another quantitative/analytical field

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, pricing, promotions, merchandising, or a related field

Knowledge and skills:

  • Experience with merchandise pricing, promotion optimization, forecasting, or retail analytics is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with data quality analysis, reporting validation, and performance measurement is considered an asset.

  • Agile project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders is a plus.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across different organizational functions and levels of leadership.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, interpret data, and develop practical recommendations.

  • Ability to be resourceful, ask the right questions, and synthesize information from multiple sources.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.

  • Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, along with strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

  • Flexibility in working hours is required due to the global scope of the role and collaboration across multiple time zones.
