Job Description

At Intrum, you will grow by making a difference. You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts.

Turn data into pricing decisions that drive the business

In Finance, we translate this into data-driven decision-making. Pricing plays a central role in ensuring that our services are both commercially strong and responsible.

The role

You will join our Danish Finance team in Valby, working with data-driven pricing as a core part of how we manage performance, profitability and commercial decisions.
You will work with large-scale operational and financial datasets related to late payments, where complexity and data quality are key to creating robust insights.

This is a role for candidates who want to work with real data, real complexity, and see their analyses used in practice.

  • Build and refine pricing models used in day-to-day decision making

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify value drivers

  • Support business cases and senior decision material

  • Improve transparency in pricing and profitability

  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate closely with the Finance team and commercial stakeholders and quickly gain ownership of your own analyses and models. We combine a high-performance culture with a collaborative and informal team environment where knowledge sharing is part of how we work.

Tools and data

You will work hands-on with data and tools as part of your daily work.

  • Excel (advanced level expected)

  • R and/or Python for statistical analysis and modelling

  • Large operational and financial datasets

  • Ongoing development of pricing and analysis models.

What we’re looking for

  • Final-year student or recent graduate within economics, finance, math, statistics or similar

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data

  • Experience with data analysis (e.g. student job, projects, thesis)

  • Fluent in Danish and English.

You stand out if you

  • Enjoy solving complex, data-heavy problems

  • Take ownership and work independently

  • Communicate clearly and challenge assumptions

  • Are motivated by impact and continuous development.

Why this role

  • Real responsibility from day one

  • Direct exposure to decision-making

  • Steep learning curve in a high-impact finance function

  • Strong platform for a career in finance, analytics or strategy.
