Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist the Commercial Finance team in delivering timely and accurate information to the business through analysis of business unit performance. The role will utilise financial analysis techniques to provide insight, analysis and trends on critical business issues impacting the day-to-day performance of a business unit for consideration by senior stakeholders.

Work timings: For 7 days in month (US time Zone 6PM to 3AM IST divided in first week & mid-week) & remaining month will be 12PM to 9PM. But the candidate should be open to work in US time zone as and when needed.

Role will be based out of Bangalore, candidate must be/relocate to Bangalore.

• Collate, circulate, monitor & maintain the client level inputs templates from various brands across the region.
• Review & consolidate client inputs received from received from various brand / markets within the America’s regional. The reporting would be excel based data and publishing reporting via PowerPoint.
• Cross validate the data from BPC/SAC to ensure accuracy and conformity of the numbers inputs received from multiple input sources.
• Prepare monthly key reports and ensure timely & error-free delivery of reports to various stakeholders.
• Support in managing various process deliverables as per agreed SLAs along with ensuring delivery of quality results to key stakeholders including dashboards, KPI reports and other key process metrics.
• Interact with various stakeholders to understand on Adhoc reporting requirements, set expectations, address concerns and discuss them with Reporting Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining process documentation.
• Should be able to multitask between deliverables and day to day activities.

• Agile and flexible on changing Adhoc requirements.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel is must.
• Previous exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) will be an added advantage.
