Collects, validates, and consolidates data from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate, high‑quality inputs for performance metric reporting.
Analyzes complex data sets to identify trends, assess impacts, and deliver actionable insights that support regulatory and business decisions.
Monitors performance metrics, identifies process improvement opportunities, and strengthens data quality and reporting frameworks.
Develops automated spreadsheets, dashboards, and visualizations to streamline data processing and improve reporting accuracy.
Prepares clear, comprehensive reports, filings, and summaries to communicate key findings and support timely regulatory submissions.
Collaborates with stakeholders, communicates progress and risks, and escalates key issues to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.
Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.

Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from an accredited university.
Experience
3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, identifying trends, and supporting business strategy through KPIs, metrics, forecasts, and other analytical functions.
Experience with Access or other DBMS (e.g., SQL) and programing language preferred.
Experience with dashboard development and maintenance in Power BI and/or Tableau is an asset.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Data Analyst role.
