Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing Tier 1 support through multiple communication channels.

• Manage day-to-day HR data entry operations across various HCM systems, ensuring 100% accuracy for all employee lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, changes, and leave management).

• Ensure compliance of employee data with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.

• Support system enhancements, testing cycles, and the implementation of new HR system modules or features.

• Handle and resolve employee queries within defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalating complex issues when necessary.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support leadership decision-making.

• Manage the People Operations inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.

• Create and issue employment documentation such as contracts, starter packs, and termination letters, ensuring alignment with HR processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in professional and business environments.

• Experience with HR systems, including Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms such as Workday, SAP, or similar

• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

• Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
