You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.

What you need to know about this position: To drive revenue growth by enhancing the capability of Mondelez Feet on Street (PC, TSI, Merchandizers and Sales Associates) through effective capability planning, content development, learning interventions and field coaching. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, design relevant learning solutions and ensure effective execution of capability initiatives that improve frontline performance and business outcomes.

- Capability Planning & Needs Assessment -
Lead capability need identification for assigned branches/regions through performance analysis, field immersions and stakeholder consultations.
Assess training requirements across different sales roles and translate insights into structured capability plans.
Partner with Branch Managers, ASMs and Sales Leaders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend relevant capability interventions.Ensure capability initiatives are aligned to business priorities and evolving market requirements. - Content Development & Learning Design - Create and curate engaging learning content across multiple capability areas.
Design training modules, learning journeys, activities and learning tools to address identified capability gaps.
Collaborate with internal SMEs, external agencies and consultants to develop high-quality learning content.
Continuously upgrade existing content and learning methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Drive development of digital learning content, micro-learning interventions and capability assets across learning platforms. - Learning Delivery & Capability Execution - Deliver capability interventions through classroom, virtual, field and digital learning modes.
Manage end-to-end execution of capability programs including planning, communication, scheduling, logistics and participant engagement. Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and capability tools to maximize learner participation and engagement.
Ensure timely execution of capability calendars and learning interventions across assigned geographies.
Facilitate learning sessions, workshops and capability programs for frontline teams and people managers. - Field Capability & Coaching Support - Conduct regular field immersions to understand capability needs and evaluate learning application.
Support frontline managers in strengthening coaching effectiveness and people development practices.
Drive on-ground reinforcement of capability initiatives to ensure transfer of learning into execution excellence.
Monitor implementation of capability interventions and recommend corrective actions where required. - Capability Governance & Analytics - Develop and monitor sales capability dashboards and key learning metrics.
Track training effectiveness through participation, completion, engagement and field application measures.
Analyze capability data and business performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Own governance of regional capability initiatives through periodic reviews, scorecards and action planning discussions with business stakeholders.
Provide regular capability updates and recommendations to leadership teams. - Stakeholder Management - Build strong working relationships with Branch Leadership Teams, ASMs, Sales Managers and support functions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution of capability initiatives.
Manage learning vendors and partners to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness of capability programs.
Act as a trusted capability partner to the business by providing insights and recommendations on capability development priorities. - Capability Related Digital Initiatives - Drive launch, adoption and effectiveness of digital capability initiatives and learning platforms.
Ensure successful implementation of capability technology solutions across the sales organization.
Work closely with field teams and vendors to resolve operational issues and improve user experience.
